The 2016 entry level referee process and time frame has changed. The entry level program will consist of 4 online modules with a test at the end of each module in which the referee candidate has to receive 100% to move on to the next module. They will also have an extra review of Law 5 (referee) and law 11 (offside).
Once completed the referee will register for a 3 hour classroom training session and a 2 hour combo field/classroom training session in either order. Minimum age is 13 when the season starts to be able to referee.
